Megan Kalabat
Managing Member
Megan Kalabat is the founder of Genesis Talent, a premier recruiting firm connecting top-tier talent with leading companies. With a strong network and deep industry expertise, she ensures ideal placements for long-term success.
Previously, Megan served as General Counsel at Encore Real Estate Investment Services, overseeing legal matters and compliance across forty states. Her background in business transactions, contract negotiations, and litigation makes her a trusted recruiter. Furthermore, Megan worked in the construction, architectural and engineering department of a top Michigan law firm - making her well versed in all things construction related.
A graduate of Oakland University and Wayne State Law School, Megan earned her law degree with honors and passed the Michigan Bar Exam upon graduation. She is a member of countless bar associations and remains actively engaged in the legal community.
